Welcome to What’s the Score? (“WTS”). These Terms govern your use of the app, website and API provided by BryanWayne Inc. Using WTS means you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
WTS assigns a 0–100 health score to consumer products based on ingredients, nutrition, and category-specific criteria curated by a practicing physician. Scores are informational and are not medical advice.
Not medical advice. WTS is an educational tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult your personal doctor, pharmacist, or veterinarian before making changes to your diet, medications, or your pet’s nutrition.
You must be 13 or older to use WTS. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent.
Premium features (unlimited Sage AI, advanced filters) are available via subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew per the terms shown at checkout and can be cancelled in your Apple, Google, or Stripe account settings. 95% of every subscription fee is routed to the charity of your choice via every.org; the remaining 5% covers payment processor fees.
The WTS B2B API (/api/v1) is gated by tiered API keys (starter, professional, enterprise). API use is governed by the key tier’s daily call limit and the Acceptable Use rules in section 3.
WTS is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program and additional affiliate programs (Organic Wine Exchange, Spirit Hub, ReserveBar, and others). When you purchase through an affiliate link we earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Full disclosure is in our Privacy Policy.
If you submit a product photo or a correction, you grant WTS a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and improve it inside the service. You must own or have permission for anything you upload. We may reject or remove any submission that is spam, misleading, or infringing.
The WTS name, logo, scoring methodology, and curated database are owned by BryanWayne Inc. You may link to whatsthescore.app and share screenshots for non-commercial use. For press, research, or licensing, email bryanwayneinc@gmail.com.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep scores accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee they are complete, current, or fit for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BryanWayne Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and the effective date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
